5. 聖家會秉承過去十多年的傳统舉辦新年除夕晚會. 場地: 蒙市海皇翠亨村, 時間: 12/31/12星期一 6 p.m. – 12:15 a.m. 是夜有豐富晚餐, 歌舞,遊戲及獎品, 歡迎大家參加, 會員$55, 非會員$60. 座位有限, 有興趣者請從速與Victoria Huang或其他聖家會幹事聯絡.
6. 羅省總教區2013年的宗教培育大會Religious Education Congress將於在2013年2月21日至24日舉行，我們提議教友利用在2013年1月4日前報名的優惠。
7. 2013年1月1日星期二是天主之母節，是當守瞻禮日，早上11時在本堂有中英文彌撒。
8. 2013年1月3日星期四是耶穌聖名節，請參與彌撒，特敬耶穌聖名。
9. 2013年1月4日星期五是聖依麗沙白安施頓修女記念，也是首瞻禮六，特敬耶穌聖心，晚上6時30分有明供聖體，7時30分有特敬聖心彌撒，歡迎各教友參加。
10. 2013年1月5日星期六早上9時30分在本堂有彌撒特敬聖母無玷聖心。

Feast of the Holy Family

1. News from financial council: donation acknowledgement letters for 2012 will be available in January 2013. Please watch for further notice in the near future. In addition, for reconciliation and consistency purposes, and to assist your tax deduction at year end, our general rule is to issue one annual donation acknowledgement letter for each applicable donor. Discretionary exception may apply. Please contact any executive members of the financial council or call Joe Lee at 626-641-1580. Thank you.
2. Chinese/English Catholic Liturgical calendars for 2013 are available. Printing cost is $3.85 for each calendar. Suggested donation is $5. Thank you for your generous support.
3. There will be line dance today from 12:30 to 2:30 in St. Joseph House.
4. Donation envelopes for 2013 are ready to be picked up after Mass. Thank you for your cooperation.
5. The Holy Family Society will hold its traditional New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance at Empress Harbor Restaurant in Monterey Park, from 6 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. on New Year’s Eve. There will be a sumptuous dinner, song and dance, games, and prizes. Everyone is welcome. The cost is $55 for members, and $60 for non-members. Obviously today is the last day to register. Please contact Victoria Huang or other HFS officers as soon as possible.
6. The Los Angeles Archdiocese Religious Education Congress will take place from February 21 to 24 next year. We suggest interested parishioners take advantage of the discount for registering before Friday, January 4.
7. Tuesday is New Year’s Day, and also the Feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, a Holy Day of Obligation. We will celebrate a bilingual Mass at 11 a.m.
8. Thursday, January 3 is the memorial of the Holy Name of Jesus. Please attend Mass to specially venerate His Holy Name.
9. Friday, January 4 is the memorial of Elizabeth Ann Seton. It is also the first Friday of the month, when we give special devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. There will be adoration of the Host at 6:30, followed by Mass at 7:30. All parishioners are welcome to take part in the devotion.
10. On Saturday, January 5, at 9:30 a.m., there will be a special Mass venerating the immaculate heart of Mary.
