1. 本堂將為歡迎吳炳誼神父和Fr. Nick Riena，將在2013年10月26日下午6時在蒙市NBC酒家舉行晚宴。成人- $60、小孩(12歲以下)$40. 請與Dr. Won Ng購買餐票。正如大家知道我們的支出大過本堂主日捐獻收入，這晚宴也是一個很好的機會來幫助本堂平衡我們的帳戶。此外，我們歡迎教友承諾慷慨捐助。
2. 2013-14年兒童道理班將在9/22主日從9:30時至10:30時在Cathedral High開始。我們歡迎所有的學生，我們也要求家長準時帶同你的孩子和在第一天與教師上課前會見。道理班在上午9:30準時開始。
3. 招待組將在下主日12:30至2:30在Conf. rm 1 舉行午餐列會，請各組員準時出席。
4. 因華人是天主教會的一部分，敬請各教友參加一年一度在主教座堂舉行的“文化慶典” 彌撒。彌撒是定在9/28星期六早上9時30分開始。今年彌撒前奏是中國舞獅帶領進堂。大多數舞獅的年輕人是來自本堂。今年的主題是“我們的信仰和我們的青年是我們的力量”。作為一個慈幼中國人團體，讓我們自豪地穿我們的中國服裝來顯示我們是教會內存在的一份子。在主教座堂完成彌撒後，文化表演將在聖伯多祿教堂中午12時舉行。為了您的方便，自助午餐將為各參加者準備好來享用。午餐門票是每人12元。請與Michael Lau購票。
5. 新火相傳 的九月份活動，”參與彌撒(二)”，繼續由林神父主講，今天在二樓青年组會客室舉行，歡迎各教友參加，重温參與彌撒的意義。

St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church Announcement
9/22/2013 25th Sunday of Ordinary Time

1. On 10/26, 6PM, Our Church will be hosting a celebration dinner to welcome Father Andrew Ng and Father Nicholas Reina at NBC Restaurant in Monterey Park. Cost for Adult is $60; Child (under 12 years) $40. Tickets will be available after each mass. For more information, please contact Dr. Won Ng. Part of the ticket sale will be used to cover our Church’s operating expense. Additional pledges from parishioners are strongly encouraged. Your generosity is most appreciated.
2. The 2013-14 CCD program will start on Sunday, September 22, 2013 from 9:30am to 10:30am at Cathedral High School. To welcome back all students, we ask the parents to bring your children to the classrooms at Cathedral High and meet with the teachers for the first day of class. Classes will start promptly at 9:30am.
3. Hospitality Group is holding the quarterly (pot-luck) meeting on Sunday (Sep-29-2013)from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, at Conf. Room #1. All members please come on time.
4. As a part of the ethnic communities in the church, please join the annual “Celebration of Cultures” Mass at the cathedral on Saturday, 9/28. The prelude will start at 9:30AM featuring the Chinese Lion Dance perform by young people mostly from St. Bridget. This year’s theme is “Our Faith and Our Youth are our Strength”. As a Salesian Chinese community, let us proudly wear our native attire and show our presence in our local church. A Cultural Festival will be held at St. Peter after mass at the cathedral starting at 12 noon. A buffet lunch will served. Lunch ticket is $12 per person. Please see Michael Lau for buffet ticket.
5. Please save an evening. On October 26, 2013 6PM, St. Bridget is organizing a celebration dinner to welcome Father Andrew Ng and Father Nicholas Reina. Please mark your calendar, additional detail will be coming next week.
6. The New Group ”Passing the Flame” will meet again today, 11PM to 12noon, at DB 1. Fr. Lam will speak on “Attending Mass”. All are welcome.
