Announcements

1)Congratulations to our religious education students who will be receiving their First Communion at English Mass today. They are Isabelle Chen, Caleb Dinh, Penelope Dinh, Isaac Koay, Skylie Leong, Sora Saito, Kingsley Sum, Mytien Thuan, Andrew Wan, and Elon Wu. Please continue to pray for them and their family as they grow closer in their relationship with Jesus every day through His Most Precious Holy Sacrament.
2)Legion of Mary will offer a Mass of “Our Lady of China” on May 11 (Saturday) at 9:30 am. Everyone is welcome to join.
3)St. Bridget is selling rice dumplings called “Zong Zi” by Master Chef Kathy Dong. The fillings include salted egg yolk, pork, mung beans, Chinese sausage, dried shrimp, etc. $5 per piece. The last order is on 5/19 while supplies last. Pickup is on 6/9. All proceeds will go towards the community center’s operational costs. Please contact Agnes Yeung with any questions.
4)St. Bridget is offering scholarship awards to parish youth. Eligible applicants should be enrolled in high school (9th to 12th grade) or be undergraduates in college. Application forms can be picked up from the church office, please submit the applications to the parish office before 5/26. The Awards will be given on 6/9/24 during Sunday mass.
5)On Sunday, 6/9/24, we will have our annual Graduation Mass celebrating our high school and college graduates at the 11:15 a.m. Mass. All high school and college graduates of the Class of 2024 are welcome. Please sign up with Rachel Law by 5/31.

堂區報告

1)於今日英文彌撒當中，特別慶祝兒童道理班學生Isabelle Chen, Caleb Dinh, Penelope Dinh, Isaac Koay, Skylie Leong, Sora Saito, Kingsley Sum, Mytien Thuan, Andrew Wan, and Elon Wu初領聖體，求上主祝福他們和他們的家庭在主內藉着聖體聖事，和基督緊密聯繫，生活中與主同行。
2)聖母軍於5月11日（星期六) 早上9時30分，舉行中華聖母彌撒，歡迎各位教友參加。
3)本堂正舉行售賣粽子籌款活動, 由廚神 Kathy Dong 親手包作，$5一隻。粽內有咸蛋、豬肉、綠豆、臘腸、蝦米。最後訂購日期於 5/19，售完即止。取貨日期定於6/9。利潤將用於社區中心日常營運，詳情請洽 Agnes Yeung。
4)羅省華人天主堂現為我們堂區教友的孩子提供獎學金。符合條件的申請人應現讀中學 (9 至 12 年級）或在現讀大學學士學位的學生。申請表可到堂區辦事處領取及于五月廿六日前交回。獎學金將於六月九日彌撒中頒發。
5)本堂將於六月九日英文主日彌撒中，特別為今年高中及大專畢業生舉行感恩彌撒及降福。歡迎所有今年畢業的朋友參加。報名請於五月卅一日前聯絡Rachel Law。
