Announcements
1)“Together in Mission 2025” The goal assigned to St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church is $14,309.00. We will have a second collection every Sunday until this goal is reached. You may also make donations via mail, PayPal, or Bill Pay (see instructions in the bulletin or on our website). As of 2/23/25, we have collected $6,258.00. Thank you all for your continuous support and generosity.
2)The 2024 St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church and CCALA donation receipts had already been distributed at the church. The donation receipts that we could not deliver in person were mailed out. If you have not received yours, please contact Maggie Tsui at (805) 241-5905 as soon as possible.
3)March 5th is Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent, a day of Fasting and Abstinence. There will be a bilingual (Chinese and English) Mass at 7:30 p.m.; you are all welcome.
4)On March 7th, the Friday of Lent, there will be Eucharistic Adoration and the Station of the Cross in Cantonese at 6:30 p.m. It is also the first Friday, and after the Station of the Cross, there will be Mass in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. You are all welcome.
5)Prepare your heart for Easter through prayer and reflection. Join our English Lenten retreat at the church, led by Sister Maria and hosted by Religious Education, on March 9 at 1:00 PM. All are welcome!
6)Due to limited street parking on Sunday, March 9 (Firecracker run), there will be a vigil mass on Saturday, March 8, at 5 pm for your convenience.
7)Broadway and Stadium Way will be closed until noon on Sunday, March 9, due to the annual Firecracker Run in Chinatown. For your convenience, representatives in yellow vests will be stationed at Hill and Cottage Home to help parishioners enter.
8)Ever Young Association will celebrate St. Joseph’s Feast Day on Saturday, 3/15/2025. Mass begins at 9:30 a.m. with Anointment of the sick and enrollment of new members. Ever Young members will start meeting after Mass. All parishioners are welcome for Mass.

3)3月5日星期三，聖灰日是四旬期的開始，當守大小齋，晚上七時三十分在本堂有中英（雙語）彌撒，歡迎各位教友參加。
4)3月7日星期五，四旬期星期五，當守小齋，晚上六時三十分在本堂有明恭聖體及中文拜苦路，苦路善工後舉行特敬耶穌聖心彌撒，請教友踴躍參加。
5)兒童道理班將於3月9日主日下午1時舉辦英語四旬期退省，由黎潔雲修女主持。透過祈禱與反思，準備迎接復活的基督。誠邀各位教友及家庭踴躍參加！
6)由於3月9日星期日（爆竹步行）路邊停車位有限，為方便教友參與主日彌撒，堂區特別於3月8日星期六下午5點舉行提前彌撒。
7)由於3月9日（星期日）唐人街舉辦一年一度的Firecracker Run，Broadway和Stadium Way將關閉至中午。為方便起見，將有身穿黃色背心的代表在Hill和Cottage Home駐紮，幫助教友進入。
8)耆英會在3月15日星期六慶祝聖約瑟瞻禮。早上9:30分開彌撒。有傅油聖事和新會員入會儀式。之後開會員大會。歡迎所有教友參與彌撒。
