Announcements

1)Ever Young Association will celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival on 9/13 Saturday. Mass is at 9:30 am, followed by a religious presentation & lunch. All members are welcome.
2)The parish has invited the Archdiocesan Office for Divine Worship to hold a Lector Formation Day at our parish on November 8. The Registration fee is $25, including lunch, for St. Bridget Parishioners. Current Lector members are free of charge. Registration will begin on September 14. For details and registration, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Betty Ng.
3)Join us for St. Bridget’s Annual Autumn Picnic! Bring your family and friends for a day of fun at El Dorado East Regional Park in Long Beach on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Registration starts today, September 7, and will be open for two weeks. See the flyer for more details and ticket prices, or contact Maggie Lee with any questions.
4)St Bridget’s Boy Scout Troop 168 went on a two-day bike trip from Newport Beach to San Diego, with an overnight stay at San Onofre Campground at the Bluff. Seven scouts with 10 adults participated in the ride. A team of 8 other adults supported them. The ride ended with a dinner at Phil’s BBQ restaurant.

堂區報告

1)耆英會在9月13日星期六慶祝中秋節。早上9點半有彌撒，之後有講座及午餐。歡迎所有會員參加。
2)堂區邀請總教區Office for Divine Worship於11月8日在本堂舉行讀經員培育日。本堂教友報名費為25元（包含午餐）。現任讀經員可免費參加。報名登記於九月十四日開始。詳情請向Betty Ng查詢及報名。
3)誠邀你與家人朋友一同參與本堂區的秋季大旅行，將於 9月20日（星期六）在長灘市的El Dorado East Regional公園舉行。報名將於今個主日，9月7日開始，為期兩週。欲了解票價及詳情，請參閱海報或聯繫Maggie Lee。
4)St Bridget童子軍168旅進行了為期兩天的單車騎行，從Newport海灘前往聖地亞哥，並在Bluff的San Onofre露營地過夜。七名童子軍和十名成人參加了這次騎行。另有八名成人組成的團隊為他們提供支援。騎行結束後，他們在Phil’s BBQ餐廳享用了晚餐。
