Announcements

1.The International Peace Light came to St. Bridget on
Christmas Day. The Peace Light originates from the oil
lamps that burn at the grotto at the Church of the
Nativity in Bethlehem where Christ was born. The Peace
Light, symbolic of the Light of Christ especially at
Christmas, promotes peace, harmony, and unity among
all people of the world. For several decades, the Scouts
and others around the world have actively promoted
peace and harmony through the Peace Light. We are
fortunate to have the Peace Light at St Bridget. At the
end of Masses this week and next week, parishioners
may light a candle or lantern from the Peace Light to
take home and share the light with family and friends.
2.Please note that the 9:30 am Mass on Saturday,
January 3, 2026, will be canceled.
3.Parish Finance Council Reminder: Donation envelopes
are no longer printed with a specific year; therefore, new
envelopes will not be distributed for 2026. All envelopes
may be used in any year. Parishioners who need
additional envelopes or wish to register for a new
envelope number may contact a Finance Council
member during Sunday office hours. Using the correct
envelope number helps ensure accurate year-end
donation statements.

堂區報告

1.「國際和平之光」於聖誕節再次來到羅省
華人天主堂。「和平之光」源自基督誕生之
地白冷（伯利恆）聖誕教堂洞穴內燃燒的
油燈。「和平之光」象徵基督之光，尤其在
聖誕期間，提醒並促進世界各地人民之間
的和平、和諧與合一。數十年來，世界各
地的童軍和許多人士透過「和平之光」，積
極推動和平與和諧。我們十分感恩能在本
堂迎接「和平之光」。在本週及下週彌撒結
束後，教友可以用「和平之光」點燃自備
的蠟燭或燈籠，將「和平之光」帶回家，
並將這份光與家人和朋友分享。
2.2026 年 1 月 3 日（星期六）上午9時半彌
撒將會取消。
3.堂區財務委員會提醒：由於捐獻信封已不
再印有特定年份，2026 年將不會發放新的
信封；所有現有信封皆可於任何年度使
用。教友如需額外信封或欲申請新的捐獻
信封編號，請於主日辦公時段聯絡財務委
員會成員。使用正確的信封編號有助於確
保年終捐獻收據之準確性。
