1. 恭賀Luis Chica, Kevin Kuan, Katherine Tam, Alvin Tsui, Catherine Yip, Ronald Ng, and Kelvin Leung, 5月31日沙主教(Bishop Sartoris)為他們施放堅振聖事！感謝聖神降臨時！感謝英文歌詠團為他們領唱，也感謝Richard Cheung 為他們拍照，更感謝培訓他們的葉修女，莫修女與各位導師們！！！辛苦大家了! ！
2. 堂區將為今年的畢業生在6月12日慶祝畢業彌撒。我們會為畢業生祈禱，而參與畢業彌撒的畢業生將收到一份禮物。任何教友，他們的子女，或孫子女今年在高中，職業學校，2年或4年大學，專業學校，或碩士，博士畢業的都歡迎參加。畢業生請與 Eric Li 或 Paul Yeh 聯絡查詢及報名。
   1. 今天有健康舞班練習  ，時間:  12:30 – 2:30. 在 St. Joseph House，  請準時出席。
   2. 今天洛杉磯兒童醫院將在Paramount Studio為癌症復元的兒童及家庭舉行 “Celebrate Life with Hope” 歡樂日，本堂區如以往多年有多位熱心的教友參與這很有意義工作，多謝Maggie Lau及Ken Dong的安排。
   3. 6月6日(星期一) 是端午節，祝各位節日健康快樂。
   4. 6月11日在Rosemead的聖若瑟慈幼會青年更新中心St. Joseph Salesian Youth Renewal Center將舉行一年一度的家庭同樂日，時間是下午12時至6時，敬請各教友參與及支持他們的籌款活動資助津貼中心所有的經費，有興趣者請在彌撒後向恊進會會員購票。
   5. 6月12日，本堂區童軍將為夏令營的費用舉行午餐，汽水及波霸奶茶義賣，敬請各教多多支持。
   6. 新一年(2011-2012)的中文慕道班將於6月12日上午11時至中午12時半在Conference Room 1開課，請各位教友做一點福傳工作的職責，邀請你們的非教友的家人及朋友參加這慕道班，給他們一個認識我們的基督的機會，我們也很歡迎教友參加這課程再加深明白天主教的道理。有意者請如Connie Lee聯絡。
   7. 聖母軍週年退省將於7月2日星期六舉行，由早上9時半至下午4時，歡迎輔助團員參加。

Feast of the Ascension (celebrated)

1. Congratulations to Luis Chica, Kevin Kuan, Katherine Tam, Alvin Tsui, Catherine Yip, Ronald Ng, and Kelvin Leung.  On May 31^stthey received Confirmation from Bishop Sartoris.  We are grateful to the Holy Spirit for coming amongst us.  We are grateful to the English Choir for leading the singing.  We are also grateful to Richard Cheung for taking the pictures.  And we are especially grateful to Sister Grace, Sister Bernadette, and all the teachers for their hard work.
   1. Our church will hold a graduation celebration during Mass on June 12th.  We will pray for all the new graduates, and all participating graduates will receive a gift.  All parishioners or their children or grandchildren who will be graduating (high school through Ph.D. as well as vocational or business schools) are welcome.  Please contact Eric Li or Paul Yeh to register.。
   2. There will be Line Dance today from 12:30 to 2:30 in St. Joseph House.  Please be punctual.
   3. The Los Angeles Children’s Hospital will be at the Paramount Studio today to “Celebrate Life with Hope” for the children who have overcome cancer and their parents.  This is a very meaningful work that our parish has supported for years.  Thanks are due Maggie Lau or Ken Dong for arranging our involvement.
   4. Monday June 6^th will be the Dragon Boat Festival.  We wish everyone a happy Chinese holiday.
   5. The St. Joseph Salesian Youth Renewal Center in Rosemead will celebrate its annual Family Fun Day on Saturday June 11^th from noon to 6 p.m.  All parishioners are requested to support this activity as well as the associated fund raising efforts.  The proceeds will be used to support the Center for the coming year.  Those interested can purchase tickets from the Salesian Cooperators of this parish.
   6. To raise funds for their summer camp, the Boy Scouts of this parish will have a sale of lunch, soft drinks, and Boba tea next Sunday June 12^th.  Please give them a lot of support.
   7. The new class of Chinese RCIA (2011-2012) will start on June 12^th from 11 a.m. to 12:30 in Conference Room 1.  Please help us evangelize by inviting your non-Catholic relatives and friends to enroll, to give them a chance to know our Christ.  We also welcome those parishioners who want to have a deeper understanding of Catholicism.  Those interested please contact Connie Lee.
   8. The Legion of Mary will have their annual retreat on Saturday July 2^nd, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.  All members are welcome to attend.
