1. St. Bridget Thanksgiving potluck dinner is this afternoon at 5:00PM. Please invite your family and friend to this fun evening and good food. This is an excellent opportunity to invite your friends that don’t have family in LA or someone you have wanting to invite to our Church to join us, we have plenty of food. If you would like to perform please contact Richard Cheung.
2. Today is the last day of TFC’s Turkey and Canned Food Drive. You can still make canned food, monetary, or turkey donations till after English Mass today. TFC members and friends will be going to St Mary’s to deliver the generous donations provided by the St. Bridget parishioners. Teens for Christ thank you for your generosity. 3. The Advent Retreat for the parishioners of SBCCC will be on Saturday November 28 2015 preached by Fr. Francis Ng in Cantonese and by Fr. Jose Lucero in English. Please sign up with Vincent Yip.
4. Holy Family Society’s officers will register parishioners for the New Year’s Eve Party between the two masses.
5. This year Christmas performance by CCD will be held at church indoor right after combined bilingual mass on Dec 13 at 10am. Please come early to park. Lunch will be sold after the performance.
6. The parish will have the Rite of Acceptance for catechumen during Chinese Mass on 12/6. Please pray for them that the light of the Lord will shine upon them.
7. Members of the Holy Family Society have elected the following new officers for the next two years: President: Catherine Lee; VP: Lucia Tam; Secretary: Paul Lee; Treasurer: Won Ng; Activities Coordinators: Eva Yuen, Sheila Maillet.
