Announcements
1. We are honored that the Most Reverend Archbishop Savio Hon 韓大輝總主教 will visit LA on 10/9-10.  To welcome him, St. Bridget is organizing a welcoming dinner on 10/9(Sun.) at NBC Seafood Restaurant (404 S. Atlantic Blvd., Monterey Park). Social hour at 6:00 pm, dinner at 7:00 pm. Please join us to express our warmest welcome to Archbishop Hon.  The price for the dinner is $50 per adult. Youth 18 or younger may join at separate table with a youth oriented menu at $20. Josephine Wong will be selling the tickets beginning this Sunday after both Masses. If you have seating request, please inform Josephine. We will try our best to accommodate, but no guarantee.
2. On Monday, Oct. 10, 2016, Archbishop Hon will celebrate Mass at St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church at 6:00 pm. A talk by Archbishop Hon follows at 7:00 pm.  Please join us and invite your friends to attend this Mass and the talk.
3. Today is the last day to purchase dinner tickets for our FR dinner to be held on 10/1 at Empress Harbor Restaurant in Monterey Park. Gold tickets: $100, Reg: $75, Sen: $65, Teen/Child: $50/$35.  Please see Selina Ko or Maggie Tsui at the booth after masses. Monetary donations and Religious Sponsorship are also welcome.  Thanks for your support.
4. There will be photo booth at the FR dinner on 10/1 at 5-6:15pm.
5. 9/21 is Feast of St. Matthew the Apostle, please go to Mass and pray for his blessing to the Church.
6. On 9/22-9/27 Fr. Lam will go to San Francisco for vacation and participate in Salesian priests and brothers gold and silver jubilee. Please contact parish secretary Rosa Bio for emergency needs.
7. On 9/24(Sat.) the 9:30am Mass will be cancelled.
8. On 9/25 (Sun.) the Chinese Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Ng, and English Mass by Fr. Jose Lucero.
9. Parishioner何兆鍇will give a talk after Chinese Mass today from 11:30-12:30 at St. Joseph House Room 1, the topic is “Understanding Mass”. Mr 何兆鍇is the recipient of Liturgy Cert. from Seattle Diocese.
10. CCD starts today. Children age 3 and up are encouraged to sign up. Contact WanChing Law after mass or email wanching_law@yahoo.com.
11. NACCA convention will be on 10/7-9 at Vallombrosa Center in San Francisco. The theme is “Mercy and Evangelization”. Keynote speaker is Archbishop Hon. Please contact church secretary Rosa Bio if you are interested. After 8/30 the cost will go up by $20.
12. Line Dance practice from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in SJH #1.

1. 我們很榮幸將有韓大輝總主教在10/9-10探訪.為歡迎他的到來,本堂會安排10/9在蒙市NBC酒樓設晚宴(404 S. Atlantic Blvd., Monterey Park).六時聚會, 七時入席,請踴躍參加.餐價成人$50, 18歲或以下$20坐青少年枱和有他們喜愛的食物.今天兩彌撒後Josephine Wong開始售票,如有座位要求亦請與她交待,我們將盡量安排,但不保證.
2. 10/10(一)晚六時韓大輝總主教會為我們舉行彌撒,七時有講座,請邀請朋友一起參與.
3. 今天是籌款晚會最後售票日,晚會日期是10/1(六)於蒙市翠亨村,金枱$100,普通成人$75,長者$65,青少年/兒童:$50/$30.請在彌撒後與Selina Ko和Maggie Tsui聯絡.亦歡迎捐款,多謝支持.
4. 10月1日籌款晚會中有拍照服務,時間5-6:15pm。
5. 9月21日 (星期三) 聖瑪竇 (宗徒，聖史) 瞻禮日，請參與彌撒，求聖人降福教會。
6. 9月22日至9月27日林神父將前往三藩市度假，並且參加慈幼會慶祝神父及修士的升神父或發願金禧，銀禧。如有要事請與書記Rosa Bio 聯絡。

9. 教友 (何兆鍇) 將於本週 (9月18日) 中文彌撒後，中午11:30至12:30在若瑟樓 (JH1)有講座，主題是：彌撒 (感恩聖祭) 深入了解。何兆鍇先生西雅圖教區獲得「禮儀証書」。
