Announcements
1. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Fr. Tim Mulroy, the North America Regional Director of the Missionary Society of St. Columban, for visiting us today to celebrate the Centennial of the Columbans and to unveil a memorial plaque dedicated to Fr. John Cowhig, Fr. Anthony O’Doherty, and Fr. Matthew Quinn, who had selflessly served at St. Bridget for 40 years and begun the Chinese mission in Los Angeles 79 years ago. May God reward them abundantly in heaven and may the missionary work of the Columbans continued to be blessed throughout the world.
2. Legion of Mary will have an annual gathering and open house at St. Joseph House on October 7th (Sunday) after Chinese Mass, from 11:00am to 1pm. All Legion of Mary Auxiliary members and parishioners who are interested to know more about the Legion of Mary are welcome. For better planning purpose, please contact the Legion of Mary officers after mass.
3. Parishioner 羅紹蕉returned to Our Father on 9/27. We pray for the repose of his soul and solace for the family.
4. Parishioner Peter Xiang Yi Cai returned to Our Father on 9/28. Please pray for the repose of his soul. The vigil held on 10/4 6pm. On 10/5, 9am Fr. Lam also celebrated mass for the repose of the soul in our church, and the burial followed at Holy Cross.
5. St. Bridget’s 79th Celebration Dinner will be held on this coming Saturday, October 13, 2018 at NBC Restaurant, 404 S. Atlantic Blvd, Monterey Park, CA 91754. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Program starts at 6:30 pm. Please plan to arrive on time. Thank you for your support.

1. 我們很感謝聖高隆龐傳教會北美地區會長Fr. Tim Mulroy神父今天來臨，與我們一同慶祝聖高隆龐傳教會的百年會慶，同時為三位已故的高隆龐神父，Fr. John Cowhig, Fr. Anthony O’Doherty, 及Fr. Matthew Quinn的紀念牌作揭幕主禮嘉賓, 一同緬懷三位神父在羅省開展對華人福傳的工作, 並在華人天主堂服務華人四十載. 願上主在天上特別恩賜他們,及祝福聖高隆龐傳教會在世界各地的工作.
2. 10月7日(星期日)今日聖母軍早上11時至下午1時, 中文彌撒後在聖若瑟樓舉行週年大聚會和開放日, 歡迎所有聖母軍輔助團員及有興趣認識聖母軍的敎友來參加。為方便安排，請在彌撒後聯絡聖母軍職員.
3. 教友羅紹蕉於9月27日安息主懷, 請各位教友為他靈魂安息祈禱, 並求主安慰他的家人.
4. 教友伯多祿蔡祥裕 (Peter Xiang Yi Cai) 於9月28日安息主懷, 請為他靈魂安息祈禱, 神父已於10月4日(星期四) 晚上6時為他舉行守靈祈禱. 10月5日(星期五) 上午9時在本堂舉行了逾越聖祭, 之後遺體安葬於Holy Cross.
5. 羅省華人天主堂79周年慶祝晚會將於本星期六10/13在海寶潮粵酒家舉行， 404 S Atlantic Blvd., Monterey Park, CA 91754. 五時半恭侯，六時半入席。請各位準時蒞臨。多謝大家支持。
