Announcements

1) The Faith, Hope, Love Celebration Dinner hosted by the Chinese Catholic Association of Los Angeles (“CCALA”) was successfully concluded last Saturday. More than 250 guests attended the celebration event. Thank you for your support. Even though some friends and parishioners were not able to attend, they nonetheless sent in their well wishes and donations; enabling us to take another giant step towards the building fund for the Mary Help of Christians Community Center. CCALA wants to wholeheartedly thank you. May the Lord rewards you abundantly.
2) Next Sunday (October 24) is World Mission Sunday, there will be special collection. Please be generous to help the Mission Expense.
3) Today we begin to put out the intention form and envelopes on the reception table, please fill in the Form and put it in the box. Fr. Lam and Fr. Pong will pray for your deceased relatives and friends in November, the month of All Souls.
4) St. Bridget’s Tai Chi Classes will be starting again on Tuesday, October 12th. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 to 11:00 am at the Church. Mr. James Chang will return to share his Tai Chi forms exercises and knowledge with us. All are welcome to join.

堂區報告

1) 華人天主教協會 (“協會”/ CCALA) 於10/9主辦的“信、望、愛”慶祝晚宴在250多位嘉賓見證下完滿结束.。多謝各位教友的支持和參與。 雖然有很多敎友未能出席, 但都送上祝賀和捐獻。 讓我們向進教之佑社區中心的建築經費又邁進一大步。 協會再一次誠心多謝大家。願天主厚報你們！
2) 下主日(十月廿四日)是普世傳教節日﹐有特別捐獻﹐ 請慷慨捐助﹐協助普世傳教經費。
3) 十一月是煉靈月, 特別為亡者祈禱, 請各位教友填寫為已亡親友的祈禱意向, 放入奉獻箱內, 林神父及龐神父會為他們靈魂安息主懷祈禱。 <<煉靈月紀念先人意向表>>及其信封放在接待處台上。
4) 羅省華人天主堂的太極課將於 10 月 12 日星期二重新開始。 課程將於週二和週四上午 9:30 至 11:00 在教堂前的空地舉行。 James Chang 先生將回來與我們分享他的太極拳練習和知識。 歡迎大家加入。
