1. 今天堂區隆重慶祝聖母進教之佑瞻禮並為中國祈禱。英文彌撤由Fr. James Nieblas主持。
2. 今天堂區舉辦同樂日，午餐將於11時30分開始，遊戲在下午1時開始。歡迎各教友參加及敬請你們的朋友參如。費用為每位$5。為感謝慕道班的導師的貢獻，我們樂意敬請他們免費參與。
3. 今天在同樂日中，我們的童軍第168旅將義賣西餅點及飲品，所有收益是為幫助童軍的費用。敬請各教友鼎力支持。
   1. 今天有健康舞班練習，時間:  12:30 – 2:30. 在 St. Joseph House ， 請準時出席。
   2. 今天第二年堅振班學生已舉行懇禱禮，他們將在5月31日領受堅振，請各教友為他們祈禱。
   3. 今天聖母軍舉行新職員就職宣誓儀式。恭喜新任會長Josephine Wong，副會長Sussie Tran，秘書Maggie Tsui，財政Helen Lee。請為她們祈禱。
   4. 前任教宗真福若望保祿二世定於5月24日(星期二) 為中國祈禱日，請參與彌撒並特別為中國教會祈禱。
      1. 堂區將為今年的畢業生在6月12日慶祝畢業彌撒。我們會為畢業生祈禱，而參與畢業彌撒的畢業生將收到一份禮物。任何教友，他們的子女，或孫子女今年在高中，職業學校，2年或4年大學，專業學校，或碩士，博士畢業的都歡迎參加。畢業生請與 Eric Li 或 Paul Yeh 聯絡查詢及報名。
      2. 北美華語第十八屆天主教基督活力運動實習班將於5月26至29日在河濱縣聖言會舉行。彭保祿神父是其中講者之一，有興趣者請盡快與Maggie Lau聯絡及報名。
      3. 本堂區將於5月27日下午12時至7時在聖若瑟樓栛助總教區舉辦打手指紋紀錄登記，如有教友在堂區服務及與十八歲以下少青有接觸者，如還沒有履行這登記，請聯絡Michael Lau預約。

The Feast of Our Lady Help of Christians

1. Today we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady Help of Christians and especially pray for China.  Father Jim Nieblas will celebrate the English Mass.
2. The PPC will hold a Parish Fun Day today.  Lunch will begin at 11:30, and the games will start at 1 p.m.  Parishioners are requested to bring their friends.  The cost is $5 per person.  In gratitude to the teachers of RCIA, the cost of their tickets will be waived.
3. During the Parish Fun Day today, the Boy Scouts Troop 168 will have a bake and soda sale.  All profits will be used to defray the Scouts’ costs.  Please give them your whole-hearted support.
   1. There will be line dance today in the St. Joseph House from 12:30 to 2:30.  Please be prompt.
   2. The second year Confirmation class will hold their Rite of Affirmation today.  They will receive confirmation on May 31^st.  Please pray for their success.
   3. The Legion of Mary will hold an installation ceremony for the new officers today.  Congratulations to president Josephine Wong, vice president Susie Tran, secretary Maggie Tsui, and treasurer Helen Lee.  Please pray for their continued success.
   4. The previous Pope, Blessed John Paul II, had decreed May 24^th(the coming Tuesday) to be a day of prayer for China.  Please attend Mass and especially pray for the Church in China.
      1. Our church will hold a graduation celebration during Mass on June 12^th.  We will pray for all the new graduates, and all participating graduates will receive a gift.  All parishioners or their children or grandchildren who will be graduating (high school through Ph.D. as well as vocational or business schools) are welcome.  Please contact Eric Li or Paul Yeh to register.
      2. The 18^th annual Chinese Cursillo Movement workshop will take place from May 26th to 29th at the Riverside Holy Word Society.  Father Paul Pang will be one of the speakers.  If you are interested, please contact Maggie Lau to register as soon as possible.
      3. Friday, May 27^th from noon to 7 p.m. in St. Joseph House, our church will assist the archdiocese in fingerprinting and registration for the parishioners who serve in the church and have contact with young people under the age of 18.  Please contact Michael Lau for reservation if you need to be registered.
