Announcements
1. We will have a special second collection this Sunday to help the victims affected by the recent catastrophic flood in Louisiana.
2. 10/4(Tue) is the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. Please go to Mass and ask St Francis to help us to learn his spirit of poor and peace.
3. 10/7 (Fri.) is Our Lady of the Rosary, and also first Friday devotion to the Sacred Heart, but Fr. Lam will be attending conference in SF, the Mass and adoration will cancel, please go to your local church and pray the Rosary.
4. 10/8 (Sat.) is devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, but due to Fr. Lam’s absence, the Mass will cancel.
5. CCALA would like to thank the St. Bridget community and friends who attended the 77th fundraising dinner.  We are thankful for all the sodalities and volunteers who have helped make this event possible.   May God bless you and your families.
6. The Legion of Mary have an annual party on Oct 2 (Sunday) from 11:30am to 1:30pm at St. Joseph house. All auxiliary members are welcome.
7. We are honored that the Most Reverend Archbishop Savio Hon 韓大輝總主教 will visit LA on 10/9-10.  To welcome him, St. Bridget is organizing a welcoming dinner on 10/9(Sun.) at NBC Seafood Restaurant (404 S. Atlantic Blvd., Monterey Park). Social hour at 6:00 pm, dinner at 7:00 pm. Please join us to express our warmest welcome to Archbishop Hon.  The price for the dinner is $50 per adult. Youth 18 or younger may join at separate table with a youth oriented menu at $20. Teresa Lau will be selling the tickets beginning this Sunday after both Masses. If you have seating request, please inform Josephine. We will try our best to accommodate, but no guarantee.
8. On Monday, Oct. 10, 2016, Archbishop Hon will celebrate Mass at St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church at 6:00 pm. A talk by Archbishop Hon follows at 7:00 pm.  Please join us and invite your friends to attend this Mass and the talk.
9. There will be NO line dance practice today.

1. 今日(10月2日) 有第二次捐獻，為Louisiana 水災災民，請慷慨捐助。
2. 10月4日(星期二) 聖方濟. 亞西西(會祖) 瞻禮日，請參與彌撒，求聖人賜我們能效法他的神貧及和平精神。
3. 10月7日(星期五) 玫瑰聖母，亦是首瞻禮六，特敬耶穌聖心，但因林神父前往三藩市參加華人牧民大會，是日晚上的朝拜聖體及彌撒取消，請前往你附近聖堂參與彌撒，特敬耶穌聖心及唸玫瑰經求聖母福佑。
4. 10月8日(星期六) 特敬聖母日，但因林神父不在羅省，故此取消9時30分彌撒。
5. 籌款晚會小組多謝大家前來晚宴,和多謝各善會和義工的幫忙,使晚會完滿結束,願主祝福你們和家庭。
6. 聖母軍大聚會將於10月2日(星期日),上午11時半至下午1時半在聖若瑟樓舉行,歡迎輔助團員參加。
7. 我們很榮幸將有韓大輝總主教在10/9-10探訪.為歡迎他的到來,本堂會安排10/9在蒙市NBC酒樓設晚宴(404 S. Atlantic Blvd., Monterey Park).六時聚會, 七時入席,請踴躍參加.餐價成人$50, 18歲或以下$20坐青少年枱和有他們喜愛的食物.今天兩彌撒後Teresa Lau開始售票,如有座位要求亦請與她交待,我們將盡量安排,但不保證.
8. 10/10(一)晚六時韓大輝總主教會為我們舉行彌撒,七時有講座,請邀請朋友一起參與.
9. 健康舞蹈班今天取消。
