1. I (Fr. John Lam) sincerely thank all those participated in last night celebration dinner, it was a big success. And thanks to the CCALA members’ hard work. May God bless you all.
2. There will be a children choir academy for children 3yr+. The practice will be 9-9:30 on Sundays in CCD classroom. Start date in late October TBD. Contact Ching Ching or Virginia Kwok.
3. Mrs. Shui Yung Wong Chan (Rose Ng’s mother) was called home to the heavenly Father on 10/2/2017 at age 102. Please pray for the repose of her soul. Vigil prayer and visitation – Friday, 10/13/2017, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Alhambra Universal Chung Wah Mortuary. Prayer service and rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral services – At St. Bridget Church on Saturday, 10/14/2017. Rosary at 9:30 am, Mass of Resurrection at 10:00 a.m., burial follows immediately at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills Memorial Park.
Ever Young group will celebrate Moon Festival after the Mass.
4. Safe Guard the Children Committee would like to remind all volunteers to complete the fingerprinting. There will be a fingerprinting available at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish at Monterey Park on Saturday, October 14. Call l (323) 264-4447 ext. 102 for appointment.
5. Are you interested in volunteering at church? You need to fill out forms, get VIRTUS training and fingerprinting. Detailed procedures are posted on the back of this bulletin and the display board.
6. Please leave your number on the window shield if you park at the basketball court.
7. Line Dance practice today from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in SJH #1.

2. 本堂正籌備兒童詠唱團,歡迎三歲以上兒童參加.主日上午9-9:30在主日學教室練習,本月底開始,請聯絡青青或Virginia Kwok.
3. 陳黃瑞蓉太夫人 (Rose Ng 的母親) 十月二日安息主懷, 享年一百零二歲. 請為她的靈魂安息祈禱. 殯葬禮儀:
家奠 十月十三日, 星期五, 下午六點至八點於世界中華殯儀館. 七點誦禱禮及念玫瑰經. 葬禮 – 十月十四日, 星期六, 早上九點半玫瑰經, 十點在本堂(羅省華人天主堂)舉行逾越聖祭, 後安葬於 Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills.
