Announcements

1. Our long time parishioner Mr. Christopher Lai returned to Our Father on 9/2/2018. Please pray for the repose of his soul. 9/9 (Sun) 6:00pm, there will be a rosary service at Rose Hills cemetery. 9/10 (Mon) 1:00pm, funeral prayer service at Rose Hills. 10/13 (Sat) 9:30am a memorial Mass at St. Bridget. All of you are welcome to the services at Rose Hills and/or St. Bridget.
2. 9/12 (Wed), feast of the Holy Name of Mary, please attend Mass at your local church and pray for the blessings of Our Lady.
3. 9/14 (Fri), feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, please attend Mass at your local church. May our crucified Lord protect us from evil harms and temptations.
4. 9/15 (Sat) 9:30am, there will be a memorial Mass for Mr. Alfred Wu, husband of Julia Wu. All of you are welcome. Please pray for the repose of his soul.
5. 9/15 (Sat) 3:30pm, there will be a multi-cultural Mass at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. All are welcome.
6. 9/16 next Sunday 3:30pm, there will be a Mass at the church of St. Dominic Savio, Bellflower; Br. Duoc Le will profess his perpetual vows at the Mass. All are welcome. Please pray for the perseverance of his vocation.
7. Fundraising Dinner:
•Thank you for your support. This year’s 79th Anniversary Dinner tickets have sold out. We will accept waitlist guests starting today.

8. 2018-2019 Religious Education classes will begin on next Sunday 9/16. In addition to our regular program, there will be a new class for toddlers age 2.5 to 4 using the Montessori-based Good Shepherd program. The children will hear Bible stories, watch them acted out with simple materials, and learn songs and prayers. If your child is interested in participating in this year’s religious education program and have not registered yet, please call or message Ching Ching.
9. Altar server training is set on next Sunday, 9/16, immediately after English Mass for all youngsters 3rd grade and up, and have received Holy Communion. Lunch provided.
10. Young Families Group very first Membership Kickoff Party will be held on September 23rd, 12:30pm, at St. Joseph House. Lunch will be provided. Welcome all young families.
11. Line Dance practice today from 12:30pm-2:30 pm in SJH #l.

8. 主日學將於下星期日9/16開學. 本年加插以蒙特梭利為基礎的好牧人新班給2.5-4歲兒童,內容包括聆聽聖經故事,用簡單材料演繹,學習唱歌和祈禱.有興趣者請聯絡青青.
9. 輔祭組 9/16 培訓班歡迎三年級及以上, 已領聖體的青少年參加. 英文彌撒, 午餐後立即開始.
10. 「主恩小家庭」成立以來第一個精彩活動 -「會員迎新派對」活動將於九月二十三日，下午十二時三十分，在聖若瑟樓舉行！屆時將有午餐供應。歡迎參加。
11. 健康舞蹈練習今天於聖若瑟樓大廳舉行。時間為12:30-2:30PM.
