Announcements

1. 9/16 Sunday, this afternoon 3:30pm, there will be a Mass at the church of St. Dominic Savio, Bellflower; Br. Duoc Le will profess his perpetual vows at the Mass. All are welcome. Please pray for the perseverance of his vocation.
2. Today 2018-2019 Religious Education classes begin. In addition to our regular program, there is a new class for toddlers age 2.5 to 4 using the Montessori-based Good Shepherd program. The children will hear Bible stories, watch them acted out with simple materials, and learn songs and prayers. If your child is interested in participating in this year’s religious education program and have not registered yet, please call or message Ching Ching.
3. Altar server training will be held immediately after English Mass for all youngsters, 3rd grade or up, and have received Holy Communion. Lunch will be provided.
4. Our long time parishioner Mr. Kai Ming Wong returned to Our Father on 9/10/2018. Please pray for the repose of his soul. The funeral services will be: Vigil prayer service on Thursday 9/20/2018, 6:30pm. Funeral Service on Friday 9/21/18, 10:00am. Both services will be at Rose Hills Chapel, 550 E. Main Street, Alhambra, CA 91801.
5. 9/21 (Fri) feast of Saint Matthew, Apostle and evangelist. Please attend Mass at local church. Pray for the blessing of the Church.
6. 9/22 (Sat) 9:30 am there will be Mass at St. Bridget. All of you are welcome.
7. Fundraising Dinner:
•Thank you for your support. This year’s 79th Anniversary Dinner tickets have sold out. We will accept waitlist guests starting today.

8. Young Families Group very first Membership Kickoff Party will be held on September 23rd, 12:30pm, at St. Joseph House. Lunch will be provided. Welcome all young families.

2. 9月16日(星期日) 今天主日學開學. 本年加插以蒙特梭利為基礎的好牧人新班給2.5-4歲兒童,內容包括聆聽聖經故事,用簡單材料演繹,學習唱歌和祈禱.有興趣者請聯絡青青.
3. 輔祭組 9/16 培訓班歡迎三年級及以上, 已領聖體的青少年參加. 英文彌撒, 午餐後立即開始.
4. 堂區資深教友王啟明先生於9月10日安息主懷, 請各位教友為他靈魂安息祈禱. 他的葬禮安排如下:
