1. There will be a basketball tournament at Cathedral High school on March 31, from 1-5pm. If interested, please sign up with your sodality leaders. For more information and questions, please contact Matthew Ko.
2. HFS Chinese New Year celebration and 1st meeting for 2019 will be held today at St. Joseph House. Program starts at 11 am-12 pm – A sharing / discussion by Maggie Tsui. Topic is “A Glimpse of the New Tax Law: Should You Care?” A traditional roasted pork and lunch will be served at 12:20 pm. Members please attend the meeting and get the new HFS pendants. Please email to Eva Yuen (eva.p.yuen@gmail.com) for reserve lunch ticket or get it from Maria Yu.
3. Mar. 1 (First Friday), special devotion to Sacred Heart of Jesus, at 6:30pm adoration, 7:30pm Mass in honor of Sacred Heart of Jesus, you are all welcome.
4. Mar. 2, (First Sat.), special devotion to Immaculate Heart of Mary, there will be Mass at 9:30am. It is also a memorial Mass for Magdalena Yang. Please come to pray for the repose of her soul.
5. 2018 donation receipts for the parish and CCALA have been distributed or mailed out. If you have not received yours or have any questions, please contact the Finance office.
6. Starting 2/9 to 4/13 (every Saturday), VITA program at St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church will provide free income tax service from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm to families with low annual income. Those who are interested in being a volunteer may contact Raymond Wong for details.
