1. Due to the Covid-19 situation in Los Angeles, Bishop Thomas Curry has authorized parish priest to confer the Sacrament of
   Confirmation for the faithful.Fr. Lam will confirm 7 parishioners this Sunday at the 11:15am English Mass. Please
   keep these brothers and sisters in your prayers: Veronica Yeung, Adrian Yeung, Justin Day, James Louie, Elisa Kho, Joanne Ngan, and Ying Wu. .May the Holy Spirit strengthen
   their faith and help them live an authentic Christian life.
2. Savio Kwan’s wife Magdalene Kwan return to our Heavenly Father, please pray for the repose of her soul.
3. Due to the COVID -19 situation in LA and according to instructions given by the Archdiocese, Mass can only be
   celebrated outdoors, so we cancel Saturday 9:30am daily Mass.
4. Because of (COVID-19), we have decided to cancel the annual Fundraising Dinner and Fr. Lam’s 80th Birthday Celebration Dinner on October 18 (Sunday) at 6 PM at San
   Gabriel Hilton Hotel. But we have also decided to have this celebration on Fr. Lam’s Birthday August 1, 2020. Details please refer to Fr. John Lam’s 80th Birthday Poster.
5. According to the instructions given by the Archdiocese, Mass can only be celebrated outdoors. All mass attendees must wear face masks and maintain 6′ social distance at all times.

Remember to check the “share your mailing address with St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church” box if you desire to receive donation receipt at year end.

堂區報告

1. 由於新冠肺炎疫情持續，主教Thomas Curry 因年事已高，將不能為本堂教友主持堅振聖事，並授權本堂神父代為主持。林神父將於本主日 7/19 上午11:15am 在英文主日彌撒中為本堂教友舉行堅振聖事，教區亦指示彌撒須於室外舉行。請大家為將領受堅振聖事的兄弟姊妹： Veronica Yeung, Adrian Yeung, Justin Day, James Louie, Elisa Kho, Joanne Ngan, 及英武祈禱，求聖神堅強他們的信德，努力活出基督的精神。
2. Savio Kwan 關裕輝的妻子Magdalene Kwan 楊秀嫻於7 月9 日返回父家, 請為她靈魂安息祈禱。
3. 由於新冠肺炎疫情持續，根根據教區新指引，現時所有彌撒必須於室外舉行，故此我們取消星期六的彌撒。
4. 由於「新型冠狀病毒」疫情仍未平息，所以我們決定取消10 月18 日(星期日)下午六時假聖蓋博希爾頓酒店舉行的週年籌款晚會暨林神父八十大壽慶祝會。但我們將於8 月1 日林神父生日當天舉行慶祝，詳情請參閱林神父80th 壽辰海報。
5. 根據教區最新指引，現時所有彌撒必須於室外舉行，教友必須保持社交距離及帶口罩。教友如需參與彌撒，請繼續於網上登記多謝合作
