Announcements

1) October is the month of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Please pray the Rosary daily.
2) October 1 (Thursday): Mid-Autumn Festival; Happy Festival to you all.
3) A heartfelt thank you for your support for Fr. John Lam’s 80th Birthday Celebration event. The tax receipt for your donation for this event has been mailed out; if you have not received yours, please contact Maggie Tsui (888 252 8968).
4) Even though the pandemic has prevented many of us from gathering together physically to worship as a community, it will not stop us from caring and praying for one another. Starting from September, our parish will begin to host online prayer meetings on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month. We encourage our sodalities to participate by hosting the meeting or submitting prayer intentions on behalf of your members. Please contact Connie Lau, Eric Li, Peter Chan, Savio Chan, David Law, or Ching Ching for more information. Next prayer meeting will be an Eucharistic Adoration on 10/02 Friday at 8pm.
5) Please join our 2020 Virtual Walkathon. Walk 20 min. a day from 10/1/20 to 10/18/20. Stay healthy and have fun. Sign up today, Reg Fee $10. See flyer for more details.
6) According to the instructions given by the Archdiocese, Mass can only be celebrated outdoors. All mass attendees must wear face masks and maintain 6′ social distance at all times. Parishioners who would like to attend Mass in-person, please continue to register .

We rely on the generosity of our parish community to be able to support our ministries, pay our staff and meet our financial obligations. Since the Sunday Mass has been suspended, we would appreciate anything that you can continue to do for your parish. You may make your donation using the following methods:

Remember to check the “share your mailing address with St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church” box if you desire to receive donation receipt at year end.
Via Bill Pay: Most banks have the “Bill Pay” feature. You may use this feature to make donation to the Parish. Add “St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church” as a new payee. 3) 誠心感謝大家熱烈支持林健漢神父80壽辰慶祝活動。各位在這次活動的捐贈收據已寄出; 如還未收到的, 請和Maggie Tsui聯絡 (888 252 8968) 。
4) 因為疫情，一些禮儀取消了，以致我們未能一同在教堂共聚參與，但疫情阻不了我們互相關心；彼此祈禱。從九月份開始，每月的第一個星期五晚(首瞻禮六)和第三個星期五晚，我們會在網上見面，一同通功祈禱。若你們所屬的善會或小組願意主持一次祈禱聚會，或有祈禱意向，請與我們小組聯络：Connie Lau、Eric Li、Peter Chan、Savio Chan、David Law 或 Ching Ching。下次祈禱聚會在10/02/2020 星期五晚上八時明供聖體及聖體降福。
