1.    多謝Edward Clark主教為迎接兔年新春為我們主祭新春彌撤，主持堂區議會就職典禮及祝聖彩色玻璃窗，亦為慶祝結緍週年的夫婦祝福。恭賀本堂教友慶祝婚姻周年慶:JACOB & MIRANDA YOUNG-38年,LAWRENCE施純謙 & KELLY SZE 施陳金-35年,DAVID曾雅發 &  CATHERINE TSANG 吳佩芬-30年, PATRICK YIP  葉冠南 & PEGGY YIP吳梅葉- 15年, MATTHEW TING  丁穎達 & CHRISTINA TING  呂克慧 – 15年,RICHARD CHEUNG  張志健 & WAN CHING LAW 羅韻青- 15年, WILLIAM KHO吳賢達 & LAUREN TRAN陳燕珠 -15年, STEPHEN WONG黄沛坤 &  SOPHIA WONG  黃貴鳳 -5年, TONY LOH 羅子洋 & MAGGIE TSUI 徐美潔 -5年。
2.    今天兒童道理班都不能上課，在2/27 才能繼續上課，當天有<背誦經文比賽>，放假期間請在家中幫助小朋友溫習經文。今週末堅振班正在避靜,請為他們祈禱。恭祝兔年健康，主寵滿溢! 祝兔年健康快樂!! 我與老師們非常感謝各位去年的照顧與合作。主內葉修女
3.    本堂區將有四位青年參加2011年8月15-21日由費城的Fr. Tom Betz帶領在馬德里舉行的世青日。費用大慨$2000+，如16歲巳上的青年有興趣參加，請在聖堂前拿取資料或立刻和Paul Yeh 聯絡。
4.    今天健康舞班暫停一課.  下週日, 2/27 補課。
5.    2010年的全年主日奉献收據己預備了，請各教友於彌撒後在教堂外領取。
6.    2011年的奉獻信封收到了，未頒取者，請於彌撒後向Dr. Won Ng領取，並受理新登記。
7.    本堂由1/29起至4/16止為本堂教友及鄰近社區低收入人仕免費報2010年的個人入息稅.  只要家庭總收入不超過$40,000, 便可接受此項服務.  請大家通知可享用這項服務的親友.  查眴及預約電話 (323)222-5518。
8.    因近期治安不好，請各教友到聖堂泊車後小心不要留下任何物件在車內當眼之處，避免引誘不良之人打破車玻璃。
9.    2月21日是總统紀念日，亦是公眾假期，堂區辦事處休假一天。早上9時30分有彌撒聖祭為總统及政府官員祈禱。
10.    2月22日是立伯多祿宗座紀念日，請參與彌撤，為教宗祈禱。

12.    本堂區資深教友吳馬普韶(Helena Ma Po Shui) 於2日14勻安息主懷於2月19日下午1禱在世界中華殯儀館舉行了頌禱禮後，遺體火葬。

The Seventh Sunday of Ordinary Time

1. We wish to thank Bishop Edward Clark for helping us welcome the year of the Rabbit, by celebrating the New Year’s Mass, presiding over the inauguration ceremony for the parish pastoral council, blessing the stained glass windows, and celebrating the anniversaries of the following couples:  Jacob and Miranda Young (38 years), Lawrence and Kelly Sze (35), David and Catherine Tsang (30), Patrick and Peggy Yip (15), Matthew and Christina Ting (15), Richard and Wan Ching Law Cheung(15), William and Lauren Tran Kho (15), Stephen and Sophia Wong (5), and Tony and Maggie Tsui Loh (5).
2. Message from Sister Grace:  due to various Chinese New Year’s activities, (Chinatown parades on 2/6 and 2/13, the bishop’s Mass here on 2/20) CCD classes will be suspended until 2/27.  On that day there will be a prayer recitation competition.  Please help your children review the prayers during the break.  On 2/20 the confirmation class will have a retreat.  Please pray for them.  Wishing you all a healthy year of the Rabbit, filled with God’s grace.  The teachers and I are very thankful for your support and care this past year.
3. We have 4 young people attending 2011 World Youth Day Madrid pm August 15-21 with Fr. Tom Betz at Holy Redeemer Chinese Catholic Parish in Philadelphia, PA. If you are older than 16 and interested in going, please pick up a flyer at the back of the church with information. Total cost of the trip is around $2000. You must contact Paul Yeh immediately to reserve a spot since the official deadline has already passed.
4. The Line Dance class will be suspended for one week.  It will be resumed next week, February 2^7th.
5. 2010 donation receipts have been prepared.  Please pick up them after Mass.
6. Donations envelopes for 2011 are available.  Please pick them up after Mass., or register for new envelopes.
7. Our church is participating in VITA, which is a free income tax service for neighboring low income families, from January ^29th through April ^16th.  You can avail yourself of this service if your family income is below $40,000.  Please inform your family and friends.  For information or appointment, please call (323)222-5518.
8. We have had problems with public safety around the church lately.  When you park, please do not leave anything in the car where it can be seen, and cause the car to be broken into.
9. Tomorrow, February 2^1st is Presidents’ Day, a public holiday.  The parish office will be closed on that day.  There will be a Mass, however, at 9:30 a.m. to pray for the president and all public officials.
10. Tuesday, February 2^2nd is the Feast of the Chair of St. Peter the Apostles.  Please attend a Mass and pray for the Pope.

12. Long time parishioner Helena Ma Po Shui was recalled by the Lord on February 14^th.  There will be a prayer service at the Universal Chung Wah Funeral Directors on February 19^th at 1 p.m., with cremation following the service.
