Announcements

1) Congratulations to the confirmation students: Atticus Wong, Carissa Yu, Michael Dasca, Veronica Loh, and Natalie Leong, who have received Confirmation on April 29. 2023. Let us continue to pray for them.
2) Together In Mission: The goal assigned for St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church this year is $14,050.00. As of 4/23/23, we have collected $12,195.00. We need your support in this endeavor. Please put your donation in the collection bag at church or make donation via mail, PayPal, Bill Pay (see instructions in bulletin).
3) April is the Church’s “Month for Children”, let us pray for all children to experience care and human love.
4) Legion of Mary will offer a Mass of “Our Lady of China” on May 13 (Saturday) at 9:30am. All are welcome.
5) On May 13, 2023, after mass at 10:30am, we will have a talk by Sister Po-Yee Yeung, title is “From Christ to Mary, From Mary more fully to the Lord Jesus”. All are welcome.
6) St. Bridget is offering scholarship awards to parishioner’s children, who attend the church regularly and help serve our church community. Eligible applicants should be enrolled in high school (7th to 12th grade) or be undergraduates in college. Application form can be picked up from the church office. Applicants will be evaluated based on service to St. Bridget, and the community, as well as their academic achievement. All interested applicants should submit their application with a brief essay describing their service to St Bridget and to the community before 5/31. Award will be given end of June.

5) 五月十三日彌撒後﹐在十時三十分﹐楊葆怡修女會為我們主持一個一小時多 (七十五分鐘) 的分享會，名為「藉著聖母﹐走向耶穌」。
6) 羅省華人天主堂現為我們堂區教友的孩子提供獎學金，申請人應定期參與聖堂及服務我們堂區團體。 符合條件的申請人應在讀中學（7 至 12 年級）或在讀大學本科。 申請表可到堂區辦事處領取。 申請人將根據對本堂區的服務以及他們的學業成績進行評估。 所有感興趣的申請人應在 5 月 31 日之前提交申請表，並附上一篇簡短的文章，描述他們為 堂區團體提供的服務。 獎勵將於六月底頒發。
