Announcements
1. Congratulations to all the newly confirmed and their families. On behalf of all of our Confirmands, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to His Excellence Bishop Alexander Salazar for celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation with us today. We would also like to acknowledge the Confirmation teams of both parishes at Saint Bridget and Saint Peter, and all of the Sponsors for their hard work preparing these young people for their confirmation. May all of you continue to grow in the Catholic faith and be the light and salt of the world.
2. There will be a Mass on 4/21 (Sat.) at 9:30am. All are welcome.
3. Boy Scout Troop 168 would like to thank the parishioners of St. Bridget for their great support and generosity of our fundraiser. This was the best fundraiser we have ever had. Due to your generosity we will be able to support the Scouts for Summer Camp, as well as, upgrade/ replace equipment. We are always looking for new members, if you know anyone that might be interested in joining the Boy Scouts, there is a lot of life skills boys can learn from joining Boy Scout, please talk to Ken Dong, or John Louie. 5. Holy Family Society activity – Hollywood Bowl concerts – Opening Night with Diana Ross on 6-16-18. Tickets on sale now. Price is $50/members and $55/ non-members. There will be a potluck party before the concert. Please sign up (plus payment) with Eva Yuen or Maria Yu after Chinese/English Mass.
6. Together In Mission: the goal for St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church this year is $11,786. We will achieve this goal by second collections. As of 4/8005A/2018, our cumulative collection was $10,612. Thank you for your generosity.
